With the approval of the National Conference of Catholic Bishop's pastoral plan on Youth Ministry (NCCB: Renewing the Vision,1997) and the letter on Young Adult Ministry (NCCB: Sons and Daughters of the Light, 1996), as well as the continual development of resources and training for adult leaders, this is an exceptional time to be involved in the character and faith development of our young people.
