Girl Scouts (under Catholic auspices)

he Catholic Committee for Girl Scouts is a recognized Youth Ministry in the Diocese of Evansville. The Committee is comprised of volunteer leaders who provide formation, direct services, adult training, and awards recognitions for youth & adults.

The Catholic Committee for Girl Scouts utilizes the nationally recognized religious emblems programs:

  • Family of God Medal

  • I Live My Faith Medal

  • Marian Award

  • Spirit Alive Award

  • St. Elizabeth Anne Seton Medal

  • St. Anne Medal

Each fall, the Catholic Committee for Girl Scouts offers Fall Committee Meetings / Dinners and provides training for counselors of religious emblems. The workshops generally fall between the last week of September and the second week of October.  Workshops are for adult leaders. Reservations can be made through Marylou Bradley or Lois Schenk.
