There are no limitations on group sizes this year. We have 216 participant spots available, and these will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis. Those applications received after these spots are filled will be added to a wait list, and additional spots will be opened up once all parishes/youth groups have confirmed their number of participants. For example, St. Bubba's parish reserves ten spots, but they have five others who wish to attend who are wait listed. Once we have confirmations from all parishes, any additional spots will be given to St. Bubba's if they are available. The "Wait List" is first-come-first-awarded as well, so get your participant names in early. PARISHES/YOUTH GROUPS NOT WISHING TO PLACE YOUTH ON THE WAIT LIST ARE ENCOURGAGED TO SUBMIT ALL FORMS AND APPLICATIONS PRIOR TO THE SEPTEMBER 1ST DEADLINE.

We will be heading up to Indianapolis for this year's National Catholic Youth Conference. We plan to leave from two locations (Jasper and Evansville) on Thursday afternoon, November 17th, and we will return late Saturday night/early Sunday morning.
The trip has been designed to keep participant costs to a minimum and includes transportation to/from Indianapolis and all transfers during the weekend, hotel accommodations, daily breakfast, commemorative trip t-shirt, and nightly pizza and soda at the hotel. The cost per participant (both youth and adults) is $365.00. The schedule for deposits and final payment are as follows:
+ $65 First Deposit, June 1st
+ $100 Second Deposit, July 15th
+ $100 Third Deposit, September 1st
