We will be heading to Kansas City, MO for this year's National Catholic Youth Conference.  We plan to leave from two locations (Jasper and Evansville) on Thursday morning, November 19th, and we will return the afternoon/early evening of Sunday,  November 22nd.

The trip has been designed to keep participant costs to a minimum and includes transportation to/from Kansas City and all transfers during the weekend, hotel accommodations, daily breakfast, commemorative trip t-shirt, and one group meal.  The cost per participant (both youth and adults) is $450.00.  The schedule for deposits and final payment are as follows:

                    >  $100 First Deposit, May 1st

                    >  $100 Second Deposit, July 1st

                    >  $100 Third Deposit, September 1st

                    >  $150 Final Payment, October 15th

Initially, each parish/youth group is limited to eight (8) youth and two (2) adult registrations.  Additional spots will be opened up once all parishes/youth groups have confirmed their number of participants.  For example, St. Bubba's parish reserves all ten spots available to them, and they have five others who wish to attend.  Those five names will be added to a "Wait List."  Once we have confirmations from all parishes, additional spots will be given to St. Bubba's if they are available.  The "Wait List" is first-come-first-awarded, so get your participant names in early.  IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT PARISHES/YOUTH GROUPS NOT WAIT FOR THE JULY 1ST DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATIONS IF YOU PLAN TO HAVE STUDENTS ON THE "WAIT LIST."
