of the United States have launched a campaign to get 1 million Latino children in  Catholic Schools
so they can get the best in reading, writing, arithmetic and science but also the
best discipline, values, sacraments, religion and a good relationship with Christ.

 Nativity members who come to Mass, use envelopes and help in the parish can give a
child the best education, worth $5,000.00, for just $15.00 per week, $780.00 per year.
There is even a family rate. Each parish really wants to get Latino students so your child will be
welcomed with open arms and hearts. Each school has high quality teachers who can work with any child,
even those that might need a little extra help at first.

A small school with 168 students on the southeast side with Marian Educational Outreach special education
classes and a priest, Fr. Burns, who speaks fluent Spanish. They already have several Latino children
attending and doing well.   

St. Theresa – 600 Herndon Dr. 423-1763
A small school with 107 students on the north side with a brand new program that offers year round
school with more days for your child to learn. They have already had several Latino families.  

Christ the King – 3010 E. Chandler, 476-1792
A school with 207 students on the east side, about 15 blocks from Nativity, with quality teachers.
They have several Latino children doing well there. Pilar’s grandchildren go there.  

Holy Rosary -  1301 S. Green River, 477-2271
A large school with 431 students on the south east side, about 20 blocks from Nativity.
They have had many Latino children attending and offer a high quality education, sports and religion.

Fish Fry at St. Clement Parish, 422 E. Sycamore Street, Boonville, IN on
Friday, September 10 from 4:30 pm - 7:00 pm.
Menu: 2 pc. of baked or fried fish, cole slaw, muffin, drink & dessert

Mother to Mother meets on the first and third Thursday of each month
from 9-11 am in the Ruth & Naomi room at St. John the Baptist in

A Nun Run is a 24+ hour experience during which single women ages 18-40 are invited to visit
the convents of 4 different religious communities. You will have the opportunity to pray with us, eat with us,
share stories and laugh with us. So fasten your seatbelts and plan to join us for a whirlwind weekend
that will give young women an inside look into Religious Life! Transportation provided. No fee for the weekend.
